Demonstran Kuasai Kedubes Iran di Swedia

Ratusan demonstran menerobos masuk gedung kedutaan besar Iran yang terletak di luar Stockholm, Swedia, mereka mengecam tindakan keras yang dilakukan rezim Iran terhadap demonstran di Teheran. Dalam aksinya, mereka juga melempari gedung kedutaan besar dengan batu dan merusak gerbang untuk menerobos masuk ke gedung itu. Mereka juga menuntut pertanggung jawaban pemerintah Iran atas tewasnya seorang demonstran karena tertembak.

Untuk menghalau demonstran, sekitar 50 personel polisi dan ambulans telah didatangkankan ke kedubes itu. Beberapa demonstran tetap bertahan dan memblokir pintu masuk kedutaan besar sehingga mencegah karyawan kedubes untuk meninggalkan gedung itu. Polisi pun berusaha membubarkan demonstran dan meringkus salah satu otak aksi perusakan kedubes. Demonstran yang sebagian besar warga Iran ini juga menuntut kedubes itu ditutup. Namun, polisi menegaskan telah berhasil mengendalikan situasi keamanan.
