Perusahaan penyedia layanan internet seperti radio Shack dan AT&T memberikan Laptop Netbook dengan harga sekitar Rp.600.000, bagi yang berlangganan. Sementara sejumlah pedagang komputer seperti Amazon menjual alptop murah dengan harga kurang dari Rp.4 juta.
